Hello everyone.
I'm new to this forum and also to the cat world. I have been taking care of a couple of feral cats hanging around and got a surprise in my shed a couple of weeks ago. One of the cats had babies and rejected one so I've been bottle feeding him. The vet estimated Cheddar to be about 10 days old when I found him, so he would be about 3 weeks old now. He was 5 ounces when I first found him and is now 11 ounces. I just got the other cat spayed and will be trying to trap the mama cat once she weans her babies to get spayed too. The mama cat is named Katica and the other is Mija (pronounced Mee-ha, meaning "my girl" in Spanish)
I'm hoping to learn a lot of valuable information from you all, so please don't laugh at me if I ask questions that may seem a bit naive. I have never had a cat before and am learning as I go along with Cheddar's care.
