I agree 100% about spaying and neutering our pets. I worked at an animal rescue hospital. Twice a week the DR. would come by and put a PTS sign on some of the animals cages (put to sleep). I had the job of taking the animal down to the PTS room and assist the Dr. in putting perfectly good and healthy animals. We just have so many because of carelessness of pet owners. I am guilty of this myself. I had my female dog get pregnant and my one kitty I haven't spayed. They both have appointments to get spayed. They are cute, difficult to find good homes for, and before you know it you have become "the weird cat lady down the street"!

Spay and neuter your pets!

I'm glad you are getting your cat and dog spayed.  Each puppy or kitten not born saves the life of another who is already born.  Better spayed late than not at all.  As Oprah always says, "When we know better, we do better."
