Beauty crossed the bridge today at 12:30P.M.
Beauty was a calico feral that was never touched but got all of the love that we could give her.
She was spayed, had an outside house although she spent most of her days traveling to other

people's backyards and making them angry. She never lacked for food and she had two "sisters" and two "brothers"
out there with her that loved her.
It looked like she had some sort of cancer in her mouth and she was suffering greatly
in the end.

She was loved as though she was one of our house cats and she will be missed.

RIP Beauty.

Poor girl - she was very fortunate to have caregivers, love, and attention. RIP Beauty.

So sorry for your loss.

You were her angel and she will watch over you from up above.  Bless you for all you did for Beauty.

Her life was so much better with you in it, and now she has you to mourn the loss of her beautiful spirit in this world. Bless you for your love, the world is a better place with people like you in it. Memories are the best legacies that exist, treasure them and thank you for sharing her life with us. She will not be forgotten, let us comfort you by keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. RIP beautiful Beauty!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Isn't it amazing how we can still love them so much without ever laying a finger on them? Thank you for taking care of her and helping her to cross the bridge when she was ready.

My condolences. Even though you couldn't hold and stroke her, she was a big part of your life, and you of hers. RIP, Beauty. :rbheart:

I didn't think it would be so hard to lose a feral, especially one that could take or leave me... but I could see the love two nights before the day she was put to sleep. I had run to the store to purchase anything I could get for her to try to get her to eat. I mean anything. As I put plate after plate out there, I could see the love in her eyes as well as the pain- she knew I was trying to help her. I think that is why she came back that morning after disappearing a whole day...

Thank you so much for all of the posts. This is truly a wonderful site filled with wonderful people.
