Okay, so this just started. My cat vomited white foam 3 times so far. I think 4 because she walked away and I heard cat-vomiting noises.

I don't know what this could mean and I'm really worried! Can anyone tell me what is going on?

How long has she been doing this? Is it possible she got into something that's upsetting her stomach? Could be some human spices, vegetables that may be left out, houseplants... they can all make a cat sick. If it's persisting and she hasn't eaten or had anything to drink over the last couple hours, I would suggest contacting a vet. White foam can often mean the stomach is empty or there is excess stomach acid, but trying to vomit or gag multiple times could also mean there may be something in her throat that she's trying to get out.

Either way, you don't want her to go hungry or dehydrated, especially because she's still so young. I recommend getting her to a vet.
