iPad vs iPad mini vs iPad Air advice

Hi. I'm trying to decide which is the best option for me. I have an iPad 2 from work and I've used it mainly for reading, internet and games. Recently there was a mtg and we were reminded about rules about using company equipment for personal usage. I've decided its best for me to buy my own and am trying to decide what's the best.

Any advice is welcome!

I hope i'm not too late, but I like the I-Pad Air. It has a good sized screen, and it is light weight and easy to carry around. The I-Pad Mini is too small for my liking.
