Good Morning all of you!

Decided not to go to the gym today as I am still sore from 2 days ago

Will do laundry and vacuuming and mopping instead. Maybe I should have gone to the gym instead

CSI, ER and Tru Calling is on tonight, better get some snacks

Oh yeah, I have this espresso/cappucino maker that I broke the handle to the carafe, and so I called the customer service and I told them about it and they said they would order me a new one, and I was impressed with how nice they were, and I thought I would have to pay for it, but no, it was free. And then they told me it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive, which was fine with me, I was making do with a coffee mug

But the surprising thing was, it arrived in 4 days. Bloody good service! I am very impressed!

Busy here at work clearing up files, but not to busy to check in here. I am excited about tonight's Survivor. I can't wait to see which Outcasts are coming back!

My sister is doing the countdown for her c-section. She is scheduled sometime tomorrow morning. My mom will take care of her 17 month daughter so her husband can be with her. Geoff can also spend the night at the hospital with her and the new baby. I think Isabella will be very jealous of her new little sister. She is demanding at the best of times (spoiled rotten). I will go see them on Saturday as they are out of town. Hubby doesn't want to go tomotrrow night and my sister will need some recoupment time.

I didn't sleep well again last night. I hope tonight is a little better. Hope everyone has a great day!

I was thinking the same thing.

I have been having a sore tummy for about a week now, and this morning I have been sitting on the loo....I think I am hopefully getting rid of this bug.

Writing a thank you note sounds like a good idea. I will do that!

I know how great it feels as a customer service rep to get an acknowledgement sent to yur workplace!

Thursdays are always slow on the boards or so it seems. Very cold here today. I bathed the horses feet in warm water as the farrier is coming out and I don't want him covered in mud! The horses seemed to appreciate the warm water bath and later I turned them out in the high pasture so they wouldn't get to muddy. It really should be raining right now, our irrigation well is dry, so I am hoping this cold water lifts and we get rain soon. Hauling water from the house is not a fun thing. I finally cheated and asked Mike to hook up a hose to the sink and ran the water into the bucket of the tractor then dumped the water in the horse trough.

There's a Ham Radio Festival this weekend and Mike is going with his friends, so I will have peace and quiet for two days anyway.

Not my idea of a good time prowling over ham radio sets and components to build them.

I think Noddy is in heat! This puzzles me, because it isn't that time of year and even though she is old enough, I have never had any kitten go into heat this time of year. But she keeps rolling over on the rug and trilling at us. Thank God all the intact ferals have been fixed around here. If it is a heat, it is a little one because she is not arching or meowing her head off, so maybe she just needs more attention. They get spayed next month.

Kellye I would write a thank you note as well to the company. So many times now, companies don't go the extra mile to help customers. It would be nice for them to get validated for what they did.

Ady I am sorry you still are not sleeping well- I wish I had the answer for you. Congrats on being an almost Auntie again!

Just got up, Ate something bad last night!

Didn't get only sleep.. Now I feel really sick and my finger is still sore. So I'm staying home, first time in about three weeks.

Homework to catch up on. Will do that this afternoon after a little while on TCS. I actually feel like a cheese s/w and I Hate cheese

Anyways, hopefully everyone is having a good day.

Mary Anne it does sound like Noddy is at the start of her call. Looks like she might be spending a few days inside huh?

Ady congrats on nearly being Aunty Ady again that's way exciting! and please let us know if she chose Morgan or , Gosh I forgot the other one, but it Had "Ella" on the end....

MA - hope Noddy doesn't get noisy. I really envy you your horses. I wish I could have one. I used to love going to riding camp. Some of best memories are there and at a Dude Ranch I used to go to in Arizona!

After working a couple years in customer service, it is ALWAYS a nice treat to get a customer who sends in a thank you note for good service. Usually, the only customers that write in are the ones with complaints.

Kellye, just mix the GSE in some orange juice. You won't taste it at all. There are so many uses for GSE, it is great as a dental rinse for your gums as well.

I have a couple of seconds on the board and then I'm longing off. Rob and I have been doing a lot of home repairs this week. In the next few minutes we're going outside to rake leaves and do some minor clean up outside. The weather is getting cold and we want to do this before the snow.

Tonight is Survivor but I'm so tired I don't think I'll be able to stay up!

Hissy, both my cats came into heat for the first time around this time of year. Noelle was born in late November, and Vinka in March, but they chose the beginning of winter to come into heat. And at this time we usually have snow and it gets dark around 5pm... Vinka was awfully quiet during heat, just little chattering sounds and wanting attention, nothing like the awful meows and howling Noelle did.

As for me, not been up to much today. Same as most days this week- doing a bit of work on my latest article, and working on my thesis. Got a few pages written this week, which has made everything so much easier, it's the beginning that's so difficult! Still not entirely clear about how I'm going about it all, but I'm getting there slowly. Speaking of which, better go and surf a bit more.

Hi, everyone!

I have been having a pretty good day, and just checking the forums quickly before going out for another walk. Yesterday was WAY too cold, so today I'm going to dig out my scarf and warmer coat, so hopefully I can be out a little longer.

Just found out last night for sure my parents, sisters, and grandma are all coming here for Thanksgiving! That should be fun - it will be our first Thanksgiving in our new house.

Well, I'd best be off before I lose all interest in walking in the cold. Must get off of this weight-loss plateau!!!

I guess everyone likes to be on here during the first part of the week, and realize they have to get to work by Thursday!! Anywho, I am glad tomorrow is Friday! I got my geology test back last night and I got a 69

Oh well! I still have a high B average. I have another test on Monday. Wish me luck! I am about to start reading the end of this last chapter and have a review chat tonight. I am glad school will be done here in the next month. Another thing~I figured out my problem with what degree was best through UH Downtown. My aunt and mother-in-law helped me out a lot. Well, I have about an hour of studying before I leave to go home...been really dead here at work.
