cat pooping everywhere

So Isis and Ryo are gettig along fine, a few random outburts but very good.

However today i came home from work and there was cat feces everywhere. Mostly diarrhea but there were a few whole pieces and 2 throw up areas that were mostly liquid and a very scared kitty facing a wall laying on the floor in my room. You could see her stomach was contracting where she was trying to poop and it obviously didnt feel great. I picked her up and she was growling a bit and leaked on me a little but i was able to put her out the back and she immediately seemed to perk up a little. Shes still not back to normal but seems to be a little better.
Do you think its ok if i try give her a night before taking her to a vet?
She has had her anal gland blocked before but when that happened pooping was not happening and she definitely wouldnt let me touch her so it doesnt seem quite like that.
any ideas?

On the face of it I would suggest a vet visit as soon as you can make it.  And bring in a fecal sample.

Well she seems a lot better this am she came out meowing and eating her food so it might have just been something she ate. Waiting to go home from work but as of now no vet visit.
