How do you do it? How have you successfully integrated SIXTEEN cats, without some serious fighting or territorial spraying? What's your secret? Also, how long on the average does it take for any new cats to be accepted by your growing group?
Do you have a large home where the cats all have their "space"?
Do you have all clawed, de-clawed, or a mix of both? and if you have both, do the de-clawed ones get bullied?
