Nothing wrong with it, let them enjoy. :-)
I adopted two brothers. The black one enjoys suckling his brother's dew claws. The black and white brother seems to like it. They were three months old when I adopted them, and they are almost 9 months old now. Otherwise, they are happy, healthy and behave like normal cats.

Not so long as they enjoy it or tolerate it. If one of them got annoyed, then you could say there was a problem, but there is no problem with the act of doing it. Harmless behavior.
