I lived most of my life on the east coast and I've spent the past 2 years in California without even a visit back east. . . and I REALLY MISS SNOW!!!

Can someone who has snow falling where they live right now post a few photos of it for me?! Pretty please!

We need snowkitty (snowangel) on this one also. Being in southern Texas, we don't see much snow rarely, melts away pretty quickly. Mzjazz, you said t snowed in your area right?

Oh thank you! I know snow is such a pain in the butt when you have to live with it, but I just really miss how beautiful it is! Looking forward to your pics!

I can't believe it's snowing in some places--here it's in the 80s and it's usually hovering around freezing.. freaky.. I bet we'll have lots of snow later though

It's the same here in Cleveland-they're calling for mid to high 70's tomorrow. But they say we may have snow come Friday night! Although snow (especially lake-effect snow) gets really old after a while, I look forward to the first snowfall of the year.

LOL! Then don't move to Alaska. I remember one year it snowed so much my friend who has a 2 story home in Anchorage had moose on her roof! They were climbing the berms and trying to find someplace out of the snow so they were on her roof. It was nuts! We were snowed in once for 9 days. It was eerie, you could open up the living room curtains and shine the flashlight on the big bay window, and all we could see was snow. Talk about claustrophobic! Nope, so glad we moved out of there and came down to less hostile weather.

We don't have snow in Toronto yet, but here are two pics from last Christmas. One looking out the front of my house and the other out the back.

I for one will be VERY HAPPY if we don't get ANY snow this winter! Slush, cold weather, road salt....ick!

And since I'm looking at pics in my Christmas album, I HAD to include a pic of Nakita's first Christmas stocking. Can you find Nakita?

MA I didn't realize you weren't still in Alaska!
I've always wanted to visit there, and I always think of you living there. Hmm, I guess I never noticed the Oregon in your profile! I think just a visit to Alaska with all that snow would be so wonderful and beautiful - definitely not living there lol!

OK, not snow but ice here! This is a neat picture of the ice storm that hit our house a few years ago. The picture was neat, the cleanup from the ice storm was not - took us over a year to clean up the broken branches from our 10 acres. We don't get much snow here, but the ice hits us too often.

I don't see how you miss snow......I will sometime in my life get out of it permanently!!!

It hasn't snowed here yet. Well, we've had some flakes, but no accumulations.

But here are some pics from the BIG snow we had last year. We got about 5 feet in 2 days. Snowed in (but not like in Alaska!) for 3 days.

This tree was upright before the snow. If you look closely, you can see the No Parking sign across the street to give you an idea of how deep it really was.
