my area is spraying for mosquitoes

Hi...

Juat got note that night sparying will take place...

I feed the ferals at 630 pm and go to work so i cant move bowls.

Is this dangerous? ???

Will water be sufficient to clean them in the am when i feed agaim?

I can not move or cover these plates.

Is there any way you can find out what they use when spraying?  Then you could check to see how poisonous it is to cats.  Hopefully they will have finished off the food before the spraying begins, or else it will make it taste so bad they won't eat what's left.  I'm sure it can't be TOO toxic or people would complain abut their pets.

My county is very pro feral but whether that would influence this spray is not likely.

Since the time you said they would spray is already passed, if I were you I would pick up the bowls, take them home and wash them, and then put out new food.  Since you have not added your location to your profile, we can't even see what state you live in, never mind what county, so we have no way of adding any more information.  I suggest that you call your county and find out what department is in charge of spraying, then call that department and find out what they use to spray for mosquitoes. They may even have a schedule of when they will be spraying your neighborhood, so that way you could avoid putting out food and water on those evenings.  Once yo find out what they use to spray, you can Google it and find out more about it.
