Hi and welcome.
I am not sure what you mean. Kittens always poop, right from the very beginning, but if mom is with them you might not notice as she cleans it up.
They will start having poop that is more recognizable as such once they start eating solid food- around 4 weeks.
If mom is not with them, you need to stimulate them to poop. You do this after feeding by rubbing their bum with a warm washcloth, or to cause less irritation you can run some warm water and place their bum under it and gently tap.
