Poor Sandy she suffer from a broken leg caused by me.
I came home late from work and she happened to be walking around me silently in the dark.
I freaked for a while then accidentally I stepped on her leg, scream and bone cracking been heard.Immediately I took her to her vet he gave her a pain killer and in the next morning she been X-Rayed.
:rbheart:unfortunaetly Vet found her leg was baddly broken,he explaned to me he would try to insert a pin through her leg then surround it with a wire to support the pin from moving .
The shocking nwes yet to be reveled he said he is not sure that he could fix her because of the nature of the fracture, during the surgery he might decide to cut her leg.I can't believe this could happen to her. She's gonig through all of this because of me.
Surgey decided to be the coming saturday.
please God help her and forgive me.

I'm sorry.  I know this is all very upsetting for you.  Thankfully, cats usually get along OK after amputations.

I've known 2 three-legged cats. They did just fine. One just turned 16 and recently had a clean bill of health check at the vet. The vet was amazed at her health and condition. Hoping the same for you and your cat.

You scared me when you said she didn't make it!  But you only meant she lost her leg, not her life.  I know you feel terribly guilty, but you are doing everything you can to fix her.  One of my friends had to make that choice a few years ago.  They bought several sets of pet stairs to help him with getting places he loved -- like up on their bed, the couch, and the windowsill to watch birds.  Now you don't even notice the missing leg except that he hops in the back.  Here is a photo of him, with his two housemates.  He's the one in front, missing the same leg as your cat.

I'm so sorry Sandy lost her leg but at least she is on the road to recovery and by the sounds of it a few good ideas here for you to help her get to places she loves. Pet steps for getting to higher up places ect. Shes a very beautiful girl and looking at those big eyes I'd say she's not going to let this keep her from doing things she loves. It will most likely take her a while to get used to but I bet before long she will be back to doing things you would think she wouldn't be able to. Stay positive and give Sandy a big old hug from me and Lilly we look forward to hearing how she gets on x
