Does your cat do yoga?  Ozzy does all the time.  When I first came around the corner, his back leg was straight up in the air, too funny!  By the time I grabbed a camera, he had changed poses.

Looks like he's going for a Bind !? Definitely a Level 2 pose!
Ritz does a modified twist, leg up (Level 1). I guess Ritz needs to work on her technique/form :)
I have a calendar of cats doing yoga, pretty cute. The 'crow' is hysterical.

This is a picture of Nilah watching people do yoga..

Sometimes when I teach at home she decides to check the class out.

These pictures are adorable.
Ritz does the down dog and the pose that Tabs is doing. (Shareena looks a lot like Ritz.)
I wish I were 1/100th flexible as cats. My yoga teachers keep on telling us that you don't need flexibility to do poses, but try telling my arms that when trying to do a bind.....

This is Floyd (from my Rescue photography days) doing his Mindful Walking.

Some lovely and inovative postions on show here.  I am not a yoga expert but I'm wondering if Mouse was practicing here when he was chewing on a spent match he'd fished out of the bin.....

He does these stretches quite a lot too but I haven't managed to photograph one for a while and this was taken a couple of years ago.

Wow!  That top one is amazing!  I'd call it hastapadasana (hand to foot pose)

Aww, all this yoga for mums to be.
They must be trying to relax and practice their breathing.
