When she threw up yesterday, did she get the meds with water again? Or were they whole pills?
Meds mixed in that liquid molasses brown gunk, crushed pill and a little bit of water.

It's what they crush and put the pills in so you can syringe it into the mouth to make it easier for them taste wise.... although its definitely not. I actually got some on my finger and didn't realize it and the syrup to me makes no difference because it was very bitter.
Is the syrup part of her medicine? I am wondering if that is what is causing the issues. I know some cats are difficult to pill but she seems to have an extreme reaction to meds.
Sebastian also foams at the mouth profusely if any meds go in "unmasked." That is why I put everything in empty gel caps and coat with organic coconut oil (or you can use a little butter). As long as he can't taste the meds, he's fine with me pilling him. Is this something you could try with Sabbath? What happens with the pills is getting her to swallow it before she tastes it. Otherwise like the liquid meds she starts to foam and spit at the mouth. Sometimes not getting any meds into her or her throwing up. I think the taste of any of them is what makes her sick. But what can you really do for that.
I remember the marin was a large gel cap and it was hard to get into the back of her throat. I remember one time she even bit into the gel cap and it was another pill giving disaster.
I also wonder if the syrup and/or crushed meds may be the problem.
