Hello hello!   Salutations to everyone on this fine Tuesday!

What is your cat's favourite place to sleep in your home?

Camelot's main sleeping area is on his stand where his little bed with cushions are placed. Other times he enjoys the futon, the couch and chairs. Morgana sleeps on my bed the majority of the time, though in the summer she will snooze along the windowsill.

Seriously?  Everywhere.  

Oliver doesn't seem to have one favorite spot. He used to sleep in my office chair a lot, but he rarely touches it now. When I'm in bed, he likes to sleep on it. When I'm not here, he likes to sleep under it. When I'm in the living room, he spends a lot of time sleeping on his cardboard cat condo now that the weather is warm. In cold weather, he likes to be on my lap or beside me on the couch where the space heater will warm him. He also spends a fair amount of time in an old office chair outside of my roommate's door. We left it there for him to sleep on and dig his claws into. And, according to my roommate, a new thing he likes now is to sit in front of his new box fan and sleep in the breeze. I haven't seen this, because I don't go in my roommate's room, but it's apparently really cute.

Both like to sleep on their 'rugs' (foam bath mats) in the sunroom or on their beds on my dresser in the bedroom (these are heated) You'll usually find them one place or the other.

Kismet's favourite place to sleep is in a box on the top shelf of the closet. Mo can't come and bug her, and she's within earshot to hear me open my office door so she usually comes running out.

A close second is her carrier, which is in the same room on the floor and under a desk. If she follows me into the bathroom, she likes to relax and sometimes doze off on the bath mat (just a small towel over a rug).

Mo's favourite places are pretty evenly divided - the high basket on our cat tree, which we've moved so he can peer down the hall, the chair beside my boyfriend's desk, and my boyfriend's lap.

On the cat tree, cat bed, or a throw that placed on the floor as an extra bed. Oh!  And on top of the kitchen cabinets for some reason.

Noodles prefers the top of the cat tree or the back of the couch (so long as my kiddos are not running around!).  Mooch likes the cubby on the cat tree (mostly since Noodles hogs the top) or my glider chair.  She's recently started sleeping on my cedar chest in the hallway a lot too. 

She sleeps any place there is an open window.  She also spends lots of her napping in her cat cave.  At night she mostly sleeps in bed with me.

My Berbol learned to recognise my blue fluffy blanket as a good sleeping spot, so wherever I put it, he sleeps on it. And Kiki claimed an old, rubbish chair that we were gonna throw out ( she uses it as a scratching post, too). Kiki also likes sleeping under the blanket with me, and both the cats love to loung in high, sunny places >.

It changes sometimes, but right now it's in one of his beds on top of my massage table. ( I put it there a few weeks ago when my mom & I were painting my living room & kitchen, to get it & him out of the way).

Normally, I would never allow that, but sense I started my cleaning business, I don't really take clients anymore. I only trade when I can, & still have a few waxing clients.

It was on a towel, but I did put an old sheet up there first, so If I need to use the table, it was protected from any hair.  (especially in case someone is allergic).

Mollipop - in bed (preferably lying curled up in my left arm ). It's her most favored spot in the whole house and I am so grateful for that. I can't sleep anymore without her being there. Rick calls us CuddleBuddies. That's how Banshee and I used to sleep, too, and when Banshee died, I never, ever thought I'd be lucky enough to find another kitty who liked to cuddle the way she did. 

BooBoo - either in the cube on the cat tree in the living room, or under the sofa on the living room floor

Ms. Pepe - has taken over the wicker clothes basket in the living room. I have a queen-size pillow in the basket and she loves it there. If she's not in the basket, she's on the couch in a corner, all curled up.

Amber Louise - sleeps on the back of the chair in the living room

Tabby - loves the pink blankie on the kitchen table. I'll often find her in the computer room, too, sacked out on the top of Muffin's cat tree.

Muffin - has taken over our laundry basket, to the point where I have put towels in the basket and placed it on the floor next to the piano. Right before I leave for work, I'll see her pad out the hallway and flop in the basket. And when I'm walking down the steps to the front door, I can see her peeking out of one of the openings in the basket as she watches me leave. At night, she will often jump into bed and lay down on the other side of me, away from Molli. So I have Molli in my left arm and Muffin in my right arm.

Mogli sleeps in bed with us at night, but during the day he likes his window perch in the living room, the kitchen chair closest to the radiator, or his dog bed out on the balcony.
