I would prefer not to put any of these chemicals on my babies but I live on a ground floor and bugs can get in here very easy, as they already do. I have always used Frontline b/c that is what the vet had but I am going to buy it from Mr. Chewy this time. So I wanted to get some feedback from all the cat parents on what you prefer??

Thank you

hmmm... I was hoping someone was sharing the ultimate organic solution to getting rid of the nasties here...

there is always the flea comb + hot water bowl to drown them in. Requires a lot of patience, though, and for those allergic to flea bites it's too late.

Then I purchased a flea trap, which is basically a light bulb with a shade on. Haven't used it yet because it will trap everything, including spiders and moths, which I let in specifically for my guys to hunt on (so much fun!).

There's a claim that feeding the garlic treats (mainly brewer's yeast and garlic) repels fleas. My guys do like them, although they are not at all species appropriate, and I don't tell people on hard core raw feeding lists that I use garlic-yeasty treats. But, at least to my knowledge, no one of my indoor guys has any fleas.

If you have an infestation, I'd use advantage... better than revolution because it doesn't go into the bloodstream.
