I'm so sorry you had to lose your beautiful boy, the heart ache can be overwhelming at times. You love him enough to let the world know of his passing and I'm glad to know of this wonderful cat who was so greatly loved. I'll keep you both in my prayers. The hole in your heart will heal in time, but like tidal waves, the pain can come crashing back at times to take your breathe away. Let us share your burden and help you to heal. Please take care of yourself.....RIP beautiful Brandon Tiger!

I am so sorry that Brandon Tiger passed on.  I know the heartache you must be going through.  I lost my 17 year Sam to a stroke several years ago and even now, I still tear up when I talk about him.  You are in my thoughts and prayers and be comforted by the fact that he is safe and sound and watching over you.

Thank you all I was doing some research on the difference between dry diet dry and wet diet and just wet and it said the dry causes health issues like pancritis and the cat can have no symptoms tell the last day the cat is alive I was reading the symptom on that kind of pancritis and the symptoms matched Brandon more then the stroke symptoms a cat sets a certain way with pancritis and he sat like that for the last 2 weeks I didn't think of any thing of it because he used to do it off and on for years setting on his stomach with his legs tuckered underneth with eyes half open that kind of pancritis cat's only get it if they ate dry or dry and wet diet there whole life which brandon ate dry and wet and vary few cat's have other problems on top of that type of pancritis that kills them like heart attack intestinal issues stroke etc I was reading what other people exprinces was with it and i think brandon had both now all my cats that is alive now is on a strictly wet diet now i'm never ever letting Stefan Pilgrim the new kitten ever to taste dry he will start his life on wet only and I think thats what's the matter with Marty too the dry caused it don't get me wrong I knew dry was bad but never thought it was that bad :( sorry if I typed allot also when cats have pancritis they have it for life the flairing comes and goes unlike dogs that get it once and never get it again not saying no dog never have it for life because some do it depends on the type I thinking Brandon might of had it for awhile because he had health issues 2 years ago that sounds like it was caused from pancritis from eating dry sorry I started to talk allot again I hope I helped someone on this who ever reads it.

I'm doing okay just feel bad because I feed dry all these years that's why I want to give Stefan Pilgrim a good start on a wet diet only since he is a kitten 4 weeks old and never had dry he can start off good with a wet only diet and I hope he don't have issues from that either I can't offered a raw otherwise I do that but I'm going to try to give my cats the best wet I can try to get sorry if i'm started to talk about health and nutrition on a rainbow bridge forum section.
