Recently this week we went & pick up my friends cats kitten & my friend said she eats hard food , so we bought her kitten food & mushy food to mix it for her .
Well she ate everything & well now her tummy looks bloated , i don't have a lot of money for a vet visit or anything but i will buy everything i need for her & well its just their & squishy .

Could she be constipated or sick , worms ?

Ill try & post a picture

It's hard to tell from that picture since she's stretched out. Is her tummy only bloated after eating or all the time? Does she have any diarrhea or any other symptoms?

Wait, it's been at least several days since you've had her, but you have no litter box for her? She may be holding it in because she doesn't have someplace to go! Please get her a litter box and litter immediately! If she doesn't poop in it right away, it may be a bigger problem. She may well need to be dewormed. In any case, a kitten should always see a vet for an exam, shots and to schedule spay/neuter.
