I have an eight year old female domestic short hair cat.

She eats twice a day and eats food that has no grain in it. (in the morning she gets 3/4 of a cup of hard food and at night she gets half of the 3/4th of hard food with wet food mixed in.)

Recently I've noticed she is not peeing and shes only pooping. When she does poop in her litter box, the piece of poop is huge. I brought her to vets immediately on May 5th when I noticed this.  The vet did an x ray to make sure there's no blockage.  She was cleared and the vet gave me laxatives to give to her to help with the big poops. Shes still on the laxatives at the moment.

I just recently brought her to the vets on Monday (May 12th) again because shes still acting weird.  The vet wanted to do a blood test to see if she had any infections or if anything was going on with her kidney or liver.  The blood work came back and the vet said everything looked good.

She was puking tonight. I'm at lost as to what to do.  Shes not eating as much as she used to and her attitude has changed a bit.   I feel like there is something going on with her and I just need help,

surely your vet knows that if she is TRULY not peeing there is something VERY wrong. how much water is she drinking? if she's not drinking there will be no pee and she could get very ill very quick.

Surely, the vet would have said something when the vet checked the bladder - whether it was empty or full or somewhere inbetween.

Is there a chance that she is peeing somewhere else in the house?

If she's not drinking, I'd cut out or cut down the dry drastically and add lots of water to the wet food (it should look soupy).

Agreed. I am not sure why your vet is not more worried about the lack of pee. This can be a sign of something seriously wrong. If you are sure she is not peeing somewhere else, then I would recommend a second opinion. You can request copies of all tests to take with you to the new vet.

Shes drinking water and I live in a small apartment.  I have looked around the apartment and have not smelled or found any pee.   I've been checking the litter box everyday to see if there's any pee in there and there isn't.  The vet said her pee could be going into her poop but hes mostly concerned about how big her poop is.  I think I might just take her to a new vet.  But I just wanted to see if anyone had any other views about whats going on with her.

The big poop is a concern for sure. If that continues, she could develop megacolon. The lack of pee is also a big concern. That could be a sign of an urinary blockage which can be fatal if left untreated. Could the vet feel if her bladder was full? Was an urinalysis mentioned at all? If not, I would recommend having that done. It will give you more info as to what may be going on.

So I talked to vet today. He said if she throws up anymore she''ll have to go in.  The vet thinks there might be an infection in her stomach.

When was the last time she peed? Please understand that if your cat is not peeing, the bladder can expand to a point where it can rupture and cause death. When you're vet says that the "pee could be going into the poop", this does not make any sense to me. I would suggest getting a second opinion. For most of what you are describing, I would not use the wait-and-see approach.
