14 month old cat got out at night on the 11th april for a night and luckily we found her the next afternoon, everything was fine but then i noticed she started throwing up every morning for 3 days around 2 weeks after she got out, but it didn't last long so i thought nothing of it. It the occured to me that she had not shown any signs of heat in 3 weeks, which was strange as she was due to be on heat two to three days after she got out. so after about 4 weeks after she got out her abdomen became very swolen but no signs of illness, and she is constantly hanging around my feet and purring all the time, before she got out she very rarely jumped up onto my lap and sat down, but now she is jumping onto my lap every time i sit down. she is also sitting ontop of the SKY box as it is quite warm and sitting ontop of radiators around the house. she has also become very vocal recently, when before she got out she would meow very rarely.

We have two cats and before Millie (cat in question) got out, she was only slightly heavier than the other, but now when we look at both of the cats stomachs, Millie's stomach leaves very little room, but the other cat's stomach is very squishy and flabby.

Sorry this is worded so terrible, i am no writer XD

Thanks for any replies.

I also read that if you put your cats stomach to your ear you can hear little bubbles popping and crackling, i tried this with the pregnant cat and could hear it clearly, also tried it with the other cat and could hear nothing.

You need to take your cat to the vet for a thorough exam. Only the vet can tell you for sure. It could also be that she picked up some internal parasites when she was out.

Hi, have her nipples "popped out" a bit? That was the first sign we had with Lola when it was confirmed I remembered she had been sick a week or two before (she not usually a sickly cat).  It does sound like she might be.

Also the fur around the nipples comes away fairly early on in pregnancy exposing the nipple more.   Can you take a pic and upload on here?

Here are pictures of her nipples, as you can see she is a very fluffy cat so it is hard to see a bump on her if there is one.
Hmmm.......nope that looks like a normal non pregnant cat nipple.

Pregnant cats nipples start to pink up by day 21 of pregnancy and if your girl got out on 11th April that would make her 33 days pregnant. Her nipples would be raspberry red by now if she was pregnant. ;). But your girls nipples are still normal white/pink skin colour

It is an effect on my phone, i looked up what you said about the pinking of the nipples, and my cats are exactly the same as the ones on this picture i found on google:

but the area around the nipple is more pink on my cat.
