So I think my 8 month old cat is pregnant. I brought her to the vet a few weeks ago because she was acting weird, the vet detected a mild fever but didn't say anything about pregnancy. I could never tell if she was in heat because she is a Siamese so she naturally meows A LOT and is very affectionate. The reason why I think she may be pregnant is because she isn't as hyper as she was before, she doesn't play with my other can't as much, she sleeps more, she eats a lot more (so she's rounder around the stomach) I've seen her vomit once before. Also, her nipples look a lot more prominent than before. I'll attach some pictures. She seems pretty healthy for the most part. It would be a lot of help because I want to make sure we're giving her the proper care for a pregnant cat!

(she wouldn't stay still so I couldn't take good photos, but she definitely looks rounder and her guy is hanging lower heheh)

If she hasn't been spayed and she has had access to an intact male, then yes, the odds are that she IS pregnant.
