Saw Dr Vicky today --- my pressure has gone down, and I lost 10 lbs. Yaay!

She is so sweet. Can you believe that she gave me a box of Russell Stover chocolates (so much for weight loss) and a potted tulip plant for a mother's day gift. What a nice office this is!

Congrats on the bp improvement.  I keep hoping that once I've lost all the weight I need to lose, I can get off my bp meds!

Congrats on the weight loss and the BP going down.  A doctor giving someone who is working on losing weight a box of chocolates is a little ironic but a nice gesture.
