How can I tell if a cat has something stuck in her teeth?
I was really concerned about my cat's behavior earlier...I guess she ate something strange...she would tilt her neck a bit every few minutes and rub her claw on the upper part of her jaw, close to her teeth.
How can I tell if something could be stuck in her throat too?

I called the vet during his non working hour. And he told me to feed my cat something soft for now and to start with milk to make sure she hasn't digested poison. He also assured me that she isn't choking or else she'd be drooling.

Right now my cat is asleep though she doesn't seem comfortable to me..what other actions should I take in this late night?
In case if you all are wondering, there's no emergency call for animals from where I'm staying so that clears my situation up even more.
And I'm really sorry for posting something like this here but it's rather urgent.

How is your cat doing now? I don't know how you can tell if there's something stuck in her mouth or throat without an exam. If she is still pawing at her mouth and looking unwell, I would get her to the vet as soon as you can.

She's acting fine now...she stopped pawing on her mouth before bedtime last night...it didn't last for too long as she was gradually stopping.

When I called the vet, he actually told me it wasn't a big issue as long as Pixie wasn't drooling saliva or blood. And he told me to avoid any hard food for now.
I think I'll have to stick to what he said since he knows better than I do. Thanks anyway.
