please help my fur baby

i took Milo to the vet  today and i got bad news ... he tested positive for feline leukemia  do you think this is a death sentence or is there a good chance he will pull through and live for a long time i don't know what i would do with out Milo he is my baby if you know any thing that could help can you let me know and his hip is fractured they said they could fix it but it would be 600$ and they not even sure he would pull through the surgery help me and my fur baby please

Regarding the hip, you might want to see if you qualify for Care Credit and/or take a wait and see approach. See if he improves and then maybe he will be strong enough for the surgery.

thank you guys as for the hip I'm not sure how he broke it they told me it was fractured it was fine until after he was neutered  then wasn't he sleeps in bed with me and i roll alot but I'm a light sleeper god i hope i didn't do that to him is there a chance that i did if i roll on him he will meow to get off so i dint think i did but god i hope i didn't hurt my baby
