When I was taking my online course for college, my cat was getting in the way. My professor was very tickled by a cat walking in front of the monitor every two seconds (it was a live conference type of online class).

Those are such wonderful pictures of Abby and of Jed!

This morning I was in the bathroom and Muffin scratched on the door to come in, too. I opened the door and she leaped into my arms; that really caught me off guard, but I got her. So we sat down in the bathroom for 30 minutes, Muffin in my lap and purring away while I scritched her tummy, her head, her muzzle (our cats love to have their muzzles scritched). She fell asleep on my lap and I didn't have the heart to put her down.

I made it to work this morning with about 30 seconds to spare....and it was totally worth it.

I was marking my suitcase with silver duct tape this morning (it makes it easier to spot on the airport carousel), reached for the roll and caught sight of Mogli making off with it out of the corner of my eye. :lol3: The roll is as big as his head.

I sent a message to a friend earlier in which I told them I'd had a busy day, got very hot, but I wasn't  feeling like taking a bath or shower.  When they replied I read their message as telling me I should 'stay down wind'.  Being me I asked them how they knew I'd not bothered to shower and it might be best for me not to get too close to anyone!   Speedy response came back to me pointing out that what they had actually written was that I should 'wind down'....  Oops - think I might have a guilty conscience.
At least being daft gives me plenty of opportunities to laugh (at myself)!

Silly boy dragged my t-shirt that I tossed on the couch to the floor and sat on it.

I have to agree with other TCS members...@peaches08....Not only did this photo make me smile, but it makes me laugh at how concentrated your Mason looks, as though he is going out shopping with his money purse, and your other cat is just "keeping the coast clear".
  Really nice photo.

The other photos, which I cannot stop smiling from are on @catlover19's thread over here

at post #77....its the most cutest photo, and I cannot stop smiling now.  So from kids to cats...its a toss up, in the smile department.

LOL about the purse!  I think that's what Mason was actually going for.  I put it on there to carry my phone, keys, and chapstick.  I used to have shoes that matched it, but they fell apart.

And happy babies make even the I-don't-want-babies people like me even smile.  There's just something so genuine and innocent about their smiles.

So, I'm sitting here in my recliner and downloading a bunch of stuff onto my computer when Gadget raises up on his hind legs, taps me on my arm, and lets out this serious meow.  I look over at him, and he has this look, "It's dinner time!"  I literally LOL'd at that sweet boy and his pitifully non-manly meow.  And now I'm getting up to feed my "starving" cats.

Ok it's not a cat
.  It's that Rubber Duck sculpture that's been all over the world.  It's been downtown for 2 weeks now for the re-opening of the Chrysler Museum of Art.

Finding a new shop close to where I live that sells lovely little plant arrangements in bottles and vases, and lovely little stones and crystals.  I bought a tiny little angel made out of stone that glows different colours depending how the light catches it.
