My cat has been getting these weird raised black spots on the bridge of her nose.  They start off pretty small, then they get bigger and slightly raised, and then they fade away.  They don't seem to bother her at all but I'm wondering if anyone has any idea of what they might be?

They are a bit darker than you can see in the picture, and they are under the fur which makes them kind of hard to see.  These ones seem to be just starting or fading away.

It looks similar to pictures I've seen of feline acne. It most commonly occurs on the chin, but where you're seeing it isn't that far from the usual spot so it's a definite possibility.  The culprit is often plastic food & water dishes, which is really easy to remedy. If you are using plastic bowls, switch everything to metal, glass, or ceramic, and clean them daily with hot soapy water.

My first thought was acne too. They look just like what my cat Pushy has had in the past, except he got it on his chin.

Feline acne can become infected and then it's a problem so you might want to do some gentle cleaning and/or consult a vet.  Has anything changed in her eating habits, stress levels lately?  plastic food bowls?
