Krash

Today would've been Krash's 15th birthday. I can't believe it's been 6 months since he left. Happy birthday, paw paw. I miss you every second, every day. I hope you're having fun at the Rainbow Bridge. This is his birthday photo from last year

It's always bittersweet when these anniversaries roll around, I don't know whether to cry or smile when I think of my Chrissy. Krash was a beautiful boy and I'm sure you miss him very much. Sometimes the ache starts anew in your heart at these times, but your heart will heal in time. You had 14 wonderful years with your boy, and I'm sure the love you two shared will never die but will live on for eternity. Take care of yourself and keep busy, it does help. Bless you for caring so much. RIP beautiful Krash, you were greatly loved!

Your Krash is the reason I joined TCS.  When I first read your stories and posts about Krash, I cried, but also found strength in them, because of everything that you went through and posted.  It made me want to learn more about cats and the site itself.

 I realized that your love for him is so enormous, that it made me wonder about the people on this site.

Krash, keep an eye on your mom and family and know that they miss you and will see you again.

Thank you. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel today since I knew I'd be thinking of him all day. I tried to think of happy things about him, & focus less on the fact that he's gone. How lucky are we that we get to spend any amount of time with these perfect beings? He was definitely my once in a lifetime cat.

@Catnap Wow. I'm almost speechless. I'm feeling enormous gratitude. Thank you for telling me that. It makes me proud of Krash for the fight he went through. If one person was inspired by our story to help another cat or person, it was worth it.
