Sirius has started limping this evening. I never saw him get injured or fall from anything, but he seems to be dragging one hind foot a bit. I've tried feeling both limbs and he flinches a bit when I touch his back right leg, but doesn't cry out or scramble frantically. Would you take him to the vet in the morning or give it a couple of days?

Take him to a vet.  Cats are very good at hiding pain.  If he flinches, consider that at least an 8 of 10 on the pain scale.

It could be nothing more than a sprain, but I'll tell ya that my cat broke his leg and was still running around on it as if it was merely an inconvenience.

There is a window of time for re-setting a broken leg, you don't want to go beyond it.  So... I'd say vet visit and x-rays.

If he's the same tomorrow morning then I would call for an appointment, but thius is the sort of thing that might get better in a day or two.

I wouldn't wait too long.  I'd see how he does overnight, and if it is not better in the morning, see the vet.  I hope it is just a little sprain and you see him leaping around happily tomorrow feeling so proud of himself for psyching you out.

my vote is vet, even a minor injury can cause him trouble in later years if not treated properly

edit-oh wow...I just read all your other posts...PLEASE take the cute little guy to the vet (ps, have you been able to look at his feet to make sure he didn't step on anything?)
