Has anyone heard of using Ozonated Olive Oil as an alternative to the annual Deworming/flea/tic meds?  I'd read that you can just put some on their paw, or somewhere where they can lick it off every few months.  Our kitty is due soon, and I am really hoping I can use something natural like this instead.

I did some research and it sounds like quackery to me.  i can't prove it yet, but adding ozone to olive oil seems like a way to add some calories to your cats diet and that's about it.  There is no way any type of olive oil is going to prevent worms, and its very hard to keep ticks off cats.

Is your cat an outside cat?  What is your objection to real products that work?  Yes some can be expensive so I understand that.....

here's a safe way to help control fleas i cats, meant for cats too young for regular medicines
