Here's Hattie in one of the many cubby holes I make around the house for the cats...lol. I always like to have little hiding spots for the kitties. They always seem to appreciate the extra efforts on my part. Only a cat lover would go do insane stuff like that!

Hattie is pretty teed off at us right now. She is an outdoor kitty in spirit, and she finds being stuck in the house the ultimate deprivation. Well...she'll be inside now until April probably. Poor, poor kitty

Here she is, pouting in the closet.

What a cutie Hattie is!
I don't dare let my cats lay in my closet. They have too much hair and I'd be wearing fur instead of clothes.

Poor Hattie! To be deprived of the outdoors with a warm place to stay, food whenever she wants it, other kitties to play with, and people to play with and get pets from. Yup, she's definitely one deprived kitty!

Pretty kitty! Awwww, poor thing indeed! Warmth, food, shelter, hiding places....awful things you're doing to that poor cat!

Cute cat! Well, my Punky, (I call her "Punkinore" now), has absolutely no desire to go outside. She was an older kitten, underweight and with a respiratory infction, that we rescued and clearly, Punky wanted to be rescued. She's wise to enjoy her new surroundings: the run of the basement, upstairs in the kitchen/family room during afternoons, plenty of cat toys, and a nice cozy spot on the carpet next to the screen door while it's still warm outside.

Punky likes to play this running game where she'll make a funny noise that sounds like, "rrrnnpp," then she'll dart towards you, then run away and hide, then dart back towards you again. She'll play this game hiding under the basement stairs, then unexpectantly dart out, and scare the living daylights out of you!

My kids made a little tent for Punky on top of the pool table by using two small wooden chairs, a kiddie table, and a twin sized comforter draped on top.

I'll have to change that Halloween themed pic.

Awww, poor Hattie. Being deprived of the freezing winter temps and wind chill and being forced into a warm, loving home with as much kitty food as she can eat. I feel for her.
She's quite the cutie... I love tuxedos.
