So two stray cats have made theirselves at home at my house because I have a dog door. So they both got pregnant and one of the mommas kittens are 6 weeks old. It's been relatively easy. But I have an issue. The runt acts so weak she will not eat solids she won't eat it watered down and she won't eat canned food. She isn't very social she usually sticks to herself or is sleeping most of the time she's also got a bad case of an eye infection. Every morning her eyes are matted shut with boogers and a fee times greenish gunk in them. Is this normal? Not sure wht to do.

Has the kitten been seen by a vet. An eye infection needs to be taken care of.

The eye discharge is not normal. It sounds like this kitten has an upper respiratory infection. This is very likely why she doesn't have a good appetite and why she is lethargic. A trip to the vet is essential. I would *not* wait any longer as she will continue to go down hill without medical intervention.

Also, an eye infection left untreated can (and does) lead to permanent damage to the eye.
