Sneezing and runny nose cat!

Please help with my cat sneezing and running nose, took to the vet and he was given an  antibiotic and after that was gone its back sometimes he sneezes about 10 times in a row and its flies everywhere. does not seem sick he eats and plays good, he's 14 this year. was wondering if I could give him something over the counter for this?

Sneezing can also be allergies, as cats get them too, out of the blue at any age, however, the fact that he did respond to the antibiotic means it is not allergies but a uri. (upper respiratory infection)

He needs another course of antibiotics, not sure what the first one was, but I recommend clavamox or a combo of clavamox and doxycycline so this will be knocked out.

In my experience, the longer a cat shows symptoms and not healed, the harder it gets to get rid of it completely.

By the way, all that sneezing, don't be surprised if you don't start seeing tiny blood dots along with the spray of nasal discharge. It simply means his nasal membranes are irritated and sick of being so!

Vet shouldn't charge for another course of meds though, you can probably just call it in even.
