Honestly I'm not sure. Poop maybe?
Are you keeping this kitten? He needs a vet visit and needs to be tested for FIV/FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed and given a general checkup. Do you have a vet?

Looks like some type of infection, I would get this kitty to the vet asap if you haven't already.
This is exactly what I was thinking...something with the anal gland(s).
