I have 5 cats ages 1-8 years old. recently my granddaughter thought I needed another one and gifted me with a 6 week old. My male cats (5) were mad at me !! the same day 2 of them started getting diarrhea and refused to eat their wet or dry food. All the cats have refused to eat. Recently 2 of the cats decided to eat after I gifted my son with the little beauty. . I think they are stressed. Any ideas? And what can I feed them to help the D problem?

Well, how long ago did all this transpire?  There are a couple of issues going on here.

1)  Cats cannot go very long without eating or they can get very sick, rapidly
.  I mean within just a couple of days!  You might not even notice, but their livers can start shutting down and before you know it, you're seeing yellow in their skin and in their eyes and on their gums and then you'll have to force feed them, so you've got to get food into them pronto!

2)  If you were feeding them dry food, it's not a good idea to change it on them, because just doing THAT can cause diarrhea.  Dry food should be changed slowly, introducing a new food by mixing it very slowly into the old food just a little at a time, over a period of 7 - 10 days.  If you were feeding wet food, then you should be able to change it up as often as you like.

If they are all still having diarrhea, you can give them some plain poached boneless breast chicken (poached in water only - no salt or spices of any kind), then boil some white rice in the poaching water, and once it has all cooled down a bit, shred the chicken, mix it up and see if they eat it.  Add more of the broth as needed.  To this mixture, you can add some probiotics (human is fine - 1/2 capsule per cat in the a.m. and 1/2 in the p.m.) and some slippery elm bark syrup.  This is not 100% nutritionally balanced, so you don't want to make a steady diet of this, but it will do for a couple of days.  If you need to force feed them, then put it in a blender with more liquid and get it into a consistency where you can put it into a syringe and pipe it into their mouths.

As far as them being stressed, they should be coming out of that now that the kitten is gone.  Just play with them and treat them like normal I would think and tell then that "bad ole kitty is GONE!"
They do make calming treats, and Rescue Remedy and other essential oils you could try if you wanted.  I've never had any luck with them, but others swear by them

Did the kitten come from a shelter? Are you sure they didn't pick up an illness from the kitten?
