My mother has a siamese cat named Wasabi who is just few years old now. Sunday night she noticed he didn't want to eat which is unusual. Monday the samething and again today. He has not been eating or drinking and laying in the same spot on a towel in her bathroom which is one of his favorite spots. He is however still using his litterbox and she noticed he peed and pooped. She says if you go to him he will get up, stretch, purr, but will go back to his spot and lay down. He won't come eat, won't come out to roam the house or play. She examined him no signs of pain, no runny eyes, nose is fine, no bloating, no sign of injury etc. She force fed him some water with an eyedropper just to make sure he's getting fluids. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and indoor cat only and the only cat.  His behavior is very strange and she is worried since he won't eat and come out of the bathroom. Emergency vet tonight is not an option so we will have to wait to see the vet tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone might have some insight to what might be going on with him. His breathing seems fine. He doesn't have labored breathing or anything. We don't have any indoor plants of any kind. She doesn't think he ate anything strange everything is put away. Could it be depression? A blockage? A UTI? Any thoughts before the vet tomorrow would be appreciated.

If the cat is not drinking or eating, she needs to see a vet asap.

Check the cat for dehydration. Grab some skin between the shoulders and pull it up. If the skin falls back immediately, your cat is hydrated for the time being. If the skin takes more than a second or two to fall back, your cat is seriously dehydrated. A few eyedroppers of water is not enough.

When did the cat last use the litter box?

If the cat is not eating, she runs the risk of fatty liver disease. Offer wet food mixed with water. Try putting bits of wet food on your finger and feeding it to her. For more information on force feeding a cat and a link to fatty liver disease check this thread: http://www.thecatsite.com/t/227858/syringe-feeding-lucky-video-if-your-cat-is-not-eating

Hello @SetsunaSunrise,  How is your mom's cat Wasabi doing?

Basically, @cocheezie gave the best advice as to seeing a vet asap,

due to checking for temperature, bloodwork, urine  and making sure he eats, because of fatty liver disease and dehydration.

Both posters are correct and a vet visit is needed today.  Fatty liver disease can develop after about 2 days of not eating, is very serious and is in addition to whatever was wrong in the first place. Sending vibes and please update us after vet visit.
