Gooooooooooooooood Morning TheCatSite.com!

Hope everyone is having a delightful Tuesday

Does your cat(s) wear a collar? If so, what colour is it?

Camelot currently wears a black one with a small white design pattern, and Morgana currently wears a light blue one with a touch of silver sparkle on it. I like having those collars on, I can always tell where they are in the house just by hearing the little bells. Especially with Morgana, the queen of shenanigans. Altogether, provides some basic and pleasant security in many ways.

Both of mine wear breakaway collars - with their microchip info on tags.  They are indoor cats completely but we felt it was important.

Casper's, who is orange and white, has a blue/white/red colored plaid called "The Woodsman".  Cocoa, our tortie, has a sparkly orange one - her's is the "Free Spirit".  Unfortunately you can't really see the collars and how nice they are because she's long haired and he's very plush for a short hair.

Both are from Sweet Pickles Designs.  I ordered them without bells, but their tags clink a bit when they walk or groom.  We don't mind.  It's particularly helpful with Cocoa because she has a habit of being sneaky about her whereabouts!

When we moved to this house, I was so afraid of them getting out and getting lost I ordered collars for all three from the internet. They had the cats name and our phone number stitched right on the collar and all were break away. White Casper with the baby blue eyes has a matching blue one, big gray and white Burt has a purple one. and little gray tabby Chrissy had a bright red one. They all looked stunning! I liked the idea that wearing a collar signified that they were pets and not wild too.

Same here.  Cocoa had been living in a colony (although, a stray for sure, not feral at all).  We weren't sure how long she had not worn one, or if at all and expected her to balk at it.  To our surprise she had no issue with it at all - almost like she knew what it meant.  Casper, on the other hand, kept trying to chew the tag off for the first few weeks - and he had worn a collar before.  I guess it was just long enough without one to make him remember how annoying it could be lol.  He's adjusted :D

Mogli wears Beastie Bands, and has a little collection. Right now he's wearing a black one with a green and yellow Celtic design on it. His other usual one is what I call his "Harry Potter" collar. It's black with yellow and white owls, cauldrons and magic wands. He's also got a red collar with Merry Christmas on it in white, and a black one with green and red Chinese dragons.

Mouse doesn't have a colar because he'd almost certainly get it tangled up in something he's so accident prone, and his Russian Blue fur can get rubbed and thin under a collar as well which I wouldn't want to happen.  It's just him around here for now at least so no problem knowing it's him when he sneaks up on me.

No collars for either of our cats. I got a cute little tag from Purina's mykitten campaign, but my boyfriend didn't want the cats to have collars (he doesn't like cats wearing anything). I let it slide because his cat his a microchip, our new cat will be getting one shortly, and we live in an apartment building on the 10th floor... hard to find a way out through all the doors between home and outside.

No, no, no, a thousand times no. No collars for our cats. There's a story behind my no, but I've told it several times here. No collars, no bells, nothing.

The kids are all indoors.

Autumn doesn't wear a collar.  When she first came to live with me, she just tore the thing off and would not wear one.  So I just put the collar away and haven't tried since.  She is an indoor cat and I have sent a picture of her to the office here, I live in a mobile home park.  If she ever got out, they would know what she looks like.

Autumn doesn't like the outdoors, even when the door is wide open, she won't go near it.  I feel safe and won't force her to wear a collar.

None of my girls wear a collar. When Sammy was still half stray and half ours, we tried putting a break-away collar on him, but he always came back collarless. After the third time, we gave up. We are trying to get him used to a harness so he can go out on a leash, but it is not going well. I can tell he misses going outside, especially now that the weather is getting nice.
Substitute an orange tabby, and this is exactly what we look like:
