Tenant deserted Momma cat and litter of 4 or 5 kittens

My brother lives out of the country and rents out a home he owns in Chandler, AZ. The tenants broke the lease and skipped owing money and I have been getting all the repairs done to the house over the last couple of weeks. The workman called today to tell me that there is a family of cats living under the backyard shed. A shy Momma and 4 or 5 fat black and white kittens about 4 weeks old. The new tenant is moving in on May 1st and I insisted on no pets because of all the new carpet that I had to have thrown out because of pet odor.

Now I'm in a quandary. I need to find a no kill shelter or foster home ASAP. Does anybody know of where I can find a temporary home for this family? Any suggestions anyone? I live in a condo and have already exceeded the pet limit with my dog and two cat rescues (I'm allergic to cats as it is). I need help in the worse way.

Also at www.petfinder.com put in your zip code when searching for a cat at it will give list of rescue groups and shelters based on distance from your zip code.

You might also offer to make a deal with the new tenant that they feed mama and babies while you are trying to place them with a rescue group.  You provide the food, they provide the service, IF they like cats, that is.  They may not.  People who love pets don't usually move into no pets rentals.
