That is really cute, but I always worry with these videos that show these young kittens being fed on their backs or sides. I learned here that kittens should be bottle fed on their tummies with heads slightly up like they would feed from momma cat to prevent aspiration.

This is absolutely correct @vball91  , it is critical for kittens to be fed on their tummies with their head upright.

However with these kittens shown in the video clip, they are quite a bit older and able to control their intake quite well, in fact they are very close to being able to eat wet food, which is why the noisy kitten starts chewing on the bottle.

They do seem to get lots of air sucked in though with the bottles not turned upright.

Just an observation here.
