Its usually around 2 weeks before birth that movements can be seen and felt but it can vary due to factors like how many kittens are being carried and the size / build, with my cat Daisy I didn't know how far gone she was as I took her in as a stray when I discovered she was pregnant but I felt little flutters or pops about 4 weeks before delivery and then proper definite movements for 3 weeks before she gave birth, she had 4 kittens though I do think she had gone overdue as the kittens were all between 120 - 135g at birth compared to an average of around 100g

I wish I knew! I'm pretty sure my Zoey is pregnant but I can't feel or see anything even though her belly is really big. Maybe I'm just not feeling in the right place or at the right time? She doesn't want to be handled too much, so I let her be and lay a hand on her belly in passing, haha. If I can't feel or see anything, can I safely assume that it won't be for another couple of weeks at least?

I would instead recommend measuring in the foreleg armpit.   Not so stressing and not so invasive as in the behind.   You can always pretend you are playing a new merry game.    Or you can use such a modern instant ear-termometer.

Its not so exact as in the behind, but fair enough and you see the tendencies.

The temp is somewhat lower there than in the behind.  Count with 3 grades Fahrenheit lower, or a full grade Celcius.

Good luck!

Please dont use these youthfull sms shortages.  Most of us oldies feel its only as extra difficult to read.  Please write in plain english.   :)
