Our baby girl is about to give birth soon

Our girl Gidgit I'm not sure when she conceived but I'm sure it's getting close to time! She's been just laying around clawing the old shirt and purring loudly and her belly is hard this is her second litter! Can't wait!

for me it sounds like there is going on soemthing, at least prelabour.    Her claving, her hard tummy.

If you really want to measure the temp, measuring in the armpit of a foreleg is less invasive and thus less stressing.

You can pretend you are playing a new game with her.

the difference will be about 3 grades Fahrenheit lower than in the behind.

and please, when all is done and kittens weaned, consider strongly to spay her.   Unless you are a breeder, but I suspect you arent...

She has her kittens last night 6 of them. She started labor at 7:30 and had last one around 12 last night!

Congrats!  She did so well and they are soooo cute!
