Unknown cat breed. Mix of breeds? Pictures included.

My older sister got two cats, and we don't know the breed of either, because they were foster cats. 

I'm most interested in her female cat. She has the softest one layer coat like a Turkish Van, but is incredible affectionate like the Ragamuffin. However she doesn't have the markings of either cat breed.

I don't know the breed, I just popped in to say that this cat has gorgeous eyes! What a beauty!
