I have a ginger kitten, who is 6 months old. She was desexed at 12 weeks of age and she eats - ALOT! If there's dry or wet food around she'll eat it. She's regularly wormed along with our other cat. I've never seen a cat to want to eat as much as this girl does. Is it because she's still growing and she will slow down or should we limit her feeding?

At 6 mo, she is essentially entering her "teenage" years. And, yes, they do eat A LOT at this time. I would not recommend restricting food, though it would be ok to do set meals every day (she would need around 3 daily.) You could allow her to eat as much as she liked for each meal.

Also wondering, does she go outside? Is this why she is still being dewormed regularly?

My Luna is 6 months old and I feed her three times a day, she eats two regular meals with Zoey (15mons) at 7am and 6pm. Luna then gets an additional meal at 10:30pm, she usually does not eat her whole portion at 10:30, but I give her the option. In about another month, I am going to start lessening the amount she gets at her third meal, hoping to have her on two meals a day by the time she's 9 or 10 months.

You really don't need to worry unless she's starting to look chubby.

I can't free feed her because Zoey would gobbler her food. It's probably good to get her on a feeding schedule now anyway though.

No she's indoors, never set foot on open land. She goes into a large cat house that has dirt and grass for them to chew and lay on etc during the day and then we bring them in at night.

We don't restrict her food at all but I was just curious if I should or not . Thanks for the input

Most young, healthy cats will have a good appetite and need lots of good nutritious food in the growing years to ensure that their bodies and immune system develop well. At six months, your kitty is still in the early stages of his growth. That said, it will be a good idea, in consultation with your vet, to start thinking about weight control, especially as your cat is a mostly indoor kitty, and plan for controlled feedings at some point that will be in keeping with his ideal weight.

If your kitty is active, I wouldn't worry too much about calories at this stage. I have a young tuxedo who plays hard and is always on the go. He would happily eat and eat until he exploded, but probably not gain much weight. He will be coming two years old this year.

I agree with previous replies about young cats having a really good appetite, but my Masha has it until today (she will be 5 years old this fall), so even if your cat is young and growing, you should read the specified dosage for that food, because, as my mom says, "the cat will eat until the last piece of food sticks out from her mouth" (sorry for that :D)
