About a week ago, one of my feral tomcats started sneezing a lot.  Now, one of my other feral tomcats is sneezing also.  Mucous is clear, appetite is fine although they both look as though they have lost some weight but I'm attributing that to the fact that it is spring and the snow is gone and they can finally go where they want to.  I haven't noticed any of the females doing any sneezing.  Guess I'm just wondering if I'm just being to protective and this is like a cold or is it something I should be worried about?

It could be allergies. One of my indoor ferals has been sneezing a lot the past 4 days, but has clear eyes and nose and a good energy level, so I don't think he's sick.  My next door neighbor says her cat has been sneezing a lot, too. If your cat is getting a cold, he'll have runny eyes, congestion (wheezy quality when he breaths) and lethargy. If he's not having any of these symptoms, then it's whatever pollen is in the air right now. When my outdoor feral had a cold, I fed him warmed chicken broth, which he loved, so you could try that with your kitties--lots of fluid will help if he has a cold, and won't hurt of he doesn't!
