New kittens 2 weeks old tomorrow......she had 5 and after a long struggle we lost one yesterday. My concern is all the other kittens eyes have opened except one. They are all big healthy kittens and eat well and are extremely active. I am just wondering when or If I should be concerned about his eyes not open yet. Thank you all so much for the great threads of experience.....I wouldn't have made it without you all on here. I am still learning my way around the sight so I apologize in advance......again thank you all

Each kitten is different but in all honesty, yes, usually eyes are completely open by the 2 week mark and have started to open somewhat before then.  If possible, it is best if you can see a vet to rule out something like an eye infection.

Do check the kitten's eyes and see if they might be stuck together slightly.  If they seem swollen at all, they could have some discharge trapped under the lids.  You can wipe them with a wet cotton ball to remove any crusty discharge that might stick the lids together. You can also put a little antibiotic ointment over the outside of the lid to lubricate it and help it to open more easily.   Also, it is possible that this kitten was conceived as much as a week after the others (some are conceived at the beginning of the heat cycle and others can be conceived at the end of the heat cycle also).  Usually kittens eyes open a little at a time, starting close to the nose and then working their way open towards the outside.  If the eye doesn't start to open in a day or two, you should take the kitten to the vet.

There is always ONE that is late, I don't know why!  You might take a warm wet washcloth and wipe the eyes a couple of times a day, just in case they are 'mattered' shut. That always helped mine!  If they don't open in two days call your vet.

I'm so sorry you lost a little one, that is so heartbreaking, especially after watching them try so hard.  Bless you for trying. RIP little one, I'm glad you did know love in your short little life.
