I have a one year old female cat who I have had since she was born, I fostered her and her siblings. She is the most vocal cat I have ever heard, she meows so much in the morning especially. I play with her and I am currently buying her a large outdoor pen to keep her busy and entertained. I was wondering if she could she like this because she is lonely, she follows you around the house meowing at you constantly in the morning and it's kinda annoying. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi!

First of all some cats are just a lot more vocal than others and getting her a friend may or may not change that.

With that said, it does sound like she does want attention, and a way to help with this (if you can't give her more attention yourself) would be to get her a playmate.  I tend to think that cats generally (especially young cats) tend to do better with a companion once introductions have been done correctly.  A companion could also help keep her busy and entertained and active

If you have the resources, I would encourage you to look into adopting a playmate for her.

Maybe you can foster kittens again and look how she is doing with them (and momma).
