Hey guys, my cat has some sort of wound/scratch that has been their for months, it has not healed. I see her pick on it sometimes and when she plays with toys it sometimes reopens and starts
bleeding. What should I do?

Hi there.

The only thing we can really recommend is that you contact your vet.  This has been going on long enough that you deserve a professional opinion and treatment options.

I agree with Stephen - it's been going on long enough that it's unlikely to heal on its own. Perhaps the vet can stitch it up and it will heal properly. It could be infected and itchy, making your cat want to pick at it, which is a vicious cycle preventing healing.
