In order of kitty delight, whole mice, rabbit chunks, turkey meat, any heart meat, game hen, duck, chicken, grouse, poultry is pretty even with her, she gets goose and pheasant sometimes also.   She eats liver but isn't impressed with it and really dislikes gizzards although she usually eats them eventually.

Wow, Roguethecat, you have access to some meats and organs I only dream of--what is your source?
Ritz is an advertous eater, but can't eat red meat in the evenings if she has gone more than eight hours without eating (she throw up).
Someone asked the same question and this is what was found.
Ritz tastes haven't changed much, although I am no longer feeding her pork, turkey, beef liver and chicken liver, due to a possible sensitivity (FHS). I have found a source of chicken heads which Ritz loves, as well as chicken lungs.

thanks for the link
- and also for the reply

I get whole prey from rodentpro (pretty good quality, although some of the guinea pigs look a bit startled. They all have full stomachs and intestines so I hope they got well treated and some good bacteria to share, too...), and am lucky enough to live in an area with lots of Asian meat markets full of interesting pork bits (although I haven't found any kind of testicles yet and am afraid to ask nice well-built butcher types if they have any). They also had frog legs but no one cared about them much.

For the sweetbreads, I had to look and ask around quite a bit, including suffering some blank stares. Found them frozen in high-end supermarkets, and some fancy butchers have them, too. Ridiculously expensive but probably worth it for all the vitamin C and fatty omegas (although the Rogue got diarrhea from gobbling down too much). They are, in theory, superhealthy for human consumption, but alas... I prefer the conservative cuts myself

GUINEA PIG?! You feed your cats GUINEA PIG??!!
That is horrible. Guinea pig (cuy) may be a staple in places like Peru, etc, which is acceptable because cuy has always been. But guinea pig is a domesticate, a pet. Who feeds a pet to their cats (well you do)?
I'm not attacking you, nor do I want to start up a heated debate, but I just personally find that abhorrent.

I agree - totally - feeding animals to other animals is, by itself, horrible and sad. However, I myself eat all kinds of meat and can only hope they didn't suffer. What I can be sure is that animals raised in facilities like rodentpro or haretoday (Tracy there has some good stuff, too) are much better treated than many pets that get tortured daily in kids' rooms.
