i have 2 cats, after i washed one of my cats today because she fell down the toilet my other cat seems to growl and hiss every time i pick her up, I'm not going to bathe the other cat because she isn't dirty, i was just wondering why she is acting like this even though its been longer than 5 hours since i bathed my other cat

Cats have way more sensitive sense of smell than human's do and if one of your cats has had a bath the normal scent will have changed and your other cat will be disturbed by this. Try rubbing the clean cat with things like their regular blankets and stuff and see if things settle down.  The other thing you can try is a tiny amount of vanilla extract on both cats so they both smell the same.  Hopefully this is all very short term and they will settle with each other quickly as scent returns to normal.
