My dad's cat Miranda just got home from being at the vets. She had pneumonia. They first claimed it was inflammation of the upper bowel but then ended up with pneumonia. They are now mentioning heart trouble.

Anyways she quit eating before getting sick and going to the vet. At the vets they had to force feed her. She might have eaten a little on her own but not much. She is drinking.

There is no way my mom who takes care of her can force feed her. She's elderly and has a hard time getting around.

Is there anything out there on the market or does anyone have advice on how to get this kitty to eat?

Miranda is only 10.

Did the vet prescribe an appetite stimulant? One may help. However, Miranda does need to be syringe fed until she eats on her own. If your mom cannot manage that, I am surprised that the vet didn't mention a feeding tube which would be easier on your mother.
